This tournament is sponsored by A'tory, a mysterious evil fighter with mystical energy powers and with the appearance of a cruel dictator. Tony 'Ryu' Blair, former Downing Street Fighter champion, has had little use for the earlier tournament's victory ceremonies and instead has spent years polishing his Shotokan-esque speeches with other world leaders. Accepting the new challenge solely to prove that he's still the best, Tony will square off against his friend John 'Left Hook' Prescott and six other powerful contestants including the scarred and angry William 'Adon' Hague. Prescott is out to prove that he's better than his friend, and the other fighters are out to avenge personal vendettas, prove themselves, or defend their constituencies in the national tournament.
